Refund & Replacement Policy
1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, if you receive a confirmation call and you confirm the order, you will not be eligible for any refund or cancellation.
2. Non-Refundable Items: If the product is delivered in proper condition (not damaged or defective), then no refund or replacement will be provided for any reason.
3. Eligible Refund/Replacement: Refund or replacement is only possible if:
• The product received is defective, damaged, or wrong item has been delivered.
• The issue must be reported to us within 5 minutes of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof.
4. How to Claim:
• To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged/defective/wrong product, please contact our customer support within 5 minutes of receiving the order.
• Provide clear evidence (photo/video) of the issue.
5. No Refund or Replacement in the Following Cases:
• Product is not damaged or defective.
• You confirmed your order via call.
• The complaint is raised after 5 minutes of delivery.
Note:
Refunds and replacements are not allowed for orders that are confirmed over a call or for products delivered in perfect condition. Please check your order carefully at the time of delivery.
